Original – The first 4 styles we began selling in 1994. They show the traditional look of bamboo, in its natural tones. No stains - the colours go all the way though the flooring plank, making refinishing of these floors simple. We call these floors engineered-solids, as they are comprised of laminated strips of 100% bamboo. This engineering process and the natural moisture-phobic properties of bamboo creates a floor that is up to 50% more stable than red oak flooring. These floors can go in places where solid hardwood cannot – like in kitchens and basements. They can be nailed-down or glued down in homes, condos and medium traffic commercial environments.
